  1. I just placed an order. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    We do all we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 10 to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

  2. What is Express Shipping?
    Express Shipping means that you will be able to start swinging your kBell just 7-10 business days after you placed your order because we use expedited shipping services to get your order to you even faster. Normally it can take up to 15-20 business days to deliver the product to you, but with the free upgrade to Express Shipping, the waiting is over!

  3. How is my order being shipped to me?
    Your order will be shipped with Fedex Smart Post service and delivered to you by the US Postal service for expedited shipment. Once your order left our warehouse we will send you a confirmation via Email with a link to the Fedex Smart Post Website so you can track your package every step of the way.

  4. Do you currently ship orders outside of the US?
    We currently ship to US, Canada and US Territories only. There is a separate shipping charge for each product.

  5. Are there any additional charges for orders to Canada and the US Territories?
    Please be advised that customers outside the Continental U.S. must add $5.95 per item to the cost of S&H, and generally add 2 weeks additional transit time. In addition, Canadian orders must add Provincial GST.

    Yes. The Kettlenetics website uses secure server sockets layer (SSL) technology, which is the industry standard protocol for secure Web-based communications.
